Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (Terms) are a binding agreement between you and the India-based Vaayam operator identified in your order, invoice, or account correspondence (Vaayam, we, or us). They govern your access to Vaayam's website, free tools, applications, AI search visibility features, SEO intelligence, and related services (the Service).

By using the Service, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Vaayam for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vaayam combines connected first-party data, third-party search data, public web information, and automated or AI-generated analysis to monitor rankings, traffic changes, search intent, and brand visibility in AI answers. Features, providers, limits, and data coverage may change as the Service evolves.

Free tools and trials are provided for evaluation and may have different availability, retention, accuracy, and support than paid plans. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you are authorized to access connected domains and data.

You control the domains, competitors, connected services, and other content in your account, subject to the Service's plan and security limits.

If you connect Google Search Console or another third-party service, you authorize Vaayam to access and process the permitted data to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to make the connection. Vaayam requests read-only Google Search Console access and does not use that connection to change your website.

You can disconnect supported integrations in Settings. Third-party service terms still apply, and Vaayam is not responsible for a third party's service, data, availability, or changes to its interfaces.

As between you and Vaayam, you retain ownership of the domains, keywords, prompts, reports, files, and other material you submit or connect (Customer Content). You grant Vaayam and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.

You are responsible for Customer Content and represent that you have the rights and notices needed for us to process it. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, special-category personal data, protected health information, payment-card data, or other regulated or highly sensitive information.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate law, third-party rights, search-engine rules, or contractual duties;
• access, monitor, or connect a property without authorization;
• submit malware or harmful code, probe security, or bypass access controls;
• interfere with the Service or impose unreasonable or automated load;
• evade plan, usage, rate, geographic, or technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a competing product without permission;
• misrepresent AI-generated or estimated outputs as verified facts; or
• help another person do any of the above.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend requests or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or others.

Search results, traffic data, rankings, intent labels, visibility scores, costs, alerts, forecasts, and recommendations can be incomplete, delayed, sampled, estimated, or incorrect. Search engines and AI systems change frequently; different locations, users, devices, and times may produce different results. AI-generated text may contain errors or resemble other content.

Vaayam provides decision support, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, revenue, citations, or any business outcome. You must independently review outputs before publishing content, changing a site, spending money, or making legal, financial, or other material decisions. You are responsible for your use of outputs and for preserving any evidence or reports you need.

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe and Vaayam to charge the payment method on file for fees and applicable taxes. Free access currently includes one domain and one initial scan. Paid prices shown at checkout are monthly per-domain prices, so adding domains can increase subscription quantity. Plan limits may include domains, keywords, scans, providers, or usage allowances, and overages or upgrades may require additional payment.

You can manage or cancel billing through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice; changes apply from a later renewal or purchase.

Vaayam and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, models, methods, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property other than Customer Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your authorized subscription or trial for your internal business purposes.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or attribution. This does not grant us ownership of Customer Content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You agree that Vaayam may process Customer Content and account data as described there. If you use the Service to process personal information for others, you are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining necessary permissions, and complying with applicable privacy law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a paid plan through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, exceed applicable limits, or if continued operation becomes impracticable. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms—will survive. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy and any applicable order terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” Vaayam disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaayam and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic, rankings, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised that such damages were possible.

Vaayam's total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid to Vaayam for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply in the aggregate and regardless of the theory of liability, but not where applicable law prohibits them.

To the extent permitted by law, if you use Vaayam on behalf of a business, you will defend and indemnify Vaayam and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Vaayam's breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any order or plan terms are the entire agreement about the Service and supersede prior discussions on that subject. If terms conflict, a signed order controls, then these Terms. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the business. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory dispute forum or consumer right under Indian law, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as needed and the rest will remain effective. A waiver must be in writing. Headings are for convenience. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, or third-party beneficiary relationship.

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not, you must stop using the Service and cancel before renewal.
